Your horticulture experts from Weil der Stadt for 60 years

The company Naumann was founded by Mr. Paul Naumann

The existing residential and commercial building in Weil der Stadt / Merklingen will become the company’s first headquarters.

New company building

Construction of the first company site in Weil der Stadt / Merklingen.

1980

The company Paul Naumann becomes a training company

To date, a total of 26 trainees have successfully completed their apprenticeship as landscape gardeners.

Handover to the 2nd generation

The company Paul Naumann was taken over by his son, Mr. Peter Naumann.

Completion of today’s company premises

Completion and occupancy of the new company premises in Weil der Stadt / Merklingen.

50th company anniversary

In June 2015, the company Naumann celebrated its 50th anniversary.

In the same year, the previous owner, Mr. Peter Naumann, was seriously injured in a mountain race and was never able to return to active business operations.

Mr. Thorsten Kreis has been working as operations manager of the company Peter Naumann since September 2015

The company Peter Naumann was acquired by Mr. Thorsten Kreis, Dipl.-Ing. Since then, the Naumann company has operated as Naumann Garten & Landschaftsbau GmbH & Co. KG.

10-year company anniversary

In September 2015, Thorsten Kreis took over as managing director of the Naumann company. Following a takeover of the company in 2019, Thorsten Kreis celebrated his 10th work anniversary in 2025.
